CFT seamers offer superior performance and quality in various applications. We internally produce a range of 3 series of highly efficient seamers and components, including chucks and rolls. These technologies can seal cylindrical cans and containers made of steel, aluminum, cardboard, and plastic, as well as very thin and hard materials. All our seaming machines can also be tested in a seaming laboratory, ensuring that products are sealed to the highest quality standards.

What Are Your Needs? Three Series of Seamers to Meet Different Requirements

We offer three different families of seamers to meet specific product and container needs:

  • 3000 Series: Includes models 3000/N, 3000/IB, and 3000/E. These machines offer a highly hygienic design, high reliability, and various speed configurations. They are suitable for both food and beverage applications and can handle different sizes and materials.
  • 2000 Series: Models 2000/L and 2000/S are known for their reliability and versatility. They are ideal for medium-speed operations and are commonly used in food and beverage preservation, powders, and non-food applications, including pet food production and can manufacturing.
  • Vacuum Seamer Series: The ASV series is specifically designed for products requiring reduced oxygen levels, such as corn, peas, meat, fish, beans, and cheese. These seamers ensure that the nutritional value of the product is preserved.

Production Efficiency: Various Seaming Capacities and Configurations

Our CFT seaming machines are available in various configurations to meet different production needs:

  • 3000 Series: Available in configurations from 1 to 12 heads, with capacities up to 84,000 cans per hour (cph).
  • 2000 Series: Available in configurations from 2 to 6 heads, with capacities up to 36,000 cph.
  • Vacuum Seamer Series: The ASV series is available with 8 heads, with capacities up to 36,000 cph.

  • Fully Oil Lubricated System: A complete electronic lubrication system with a closed-loop recovery and recirculation device for the seaming rollers and machine prevents any lubricant loss during operation.
